Hyperfine has officially announced FDA clearance for Optive AI™, its next-generation imaging software and the 10th major release for the Swoop® Portable MR Imaging System.
This milestone marks a major advancement in portable neuroimaging, powered by cutting-edge artificial intelligence. The new software delivers dramatically enhanced image clarity and resolution at ultra-low field strength (0.064T), enabling clinicians to make more confident, accurate diagnoses—directly at the patient’s bedside.

Previewed at the recent American Society of Neuroradiology (ASNR) annual meeting, Optive AI™ received exceptional feedback from radiologists and researchers alike. It represents the most significant image quality improvement ever introduced for the Swoop® system—and a major leap forward in the mission to make advanced medical imaging accessible, portable, and efficient.
Hyperfine has also confirmed that regulatory clearance plans for Optive AI™ are currently underway for international markets.
