Role Overview

As a Territory Manager – Neuroscience, you will be responsible for driving sales, fostering relationships, and supporting the adoption of our cutting-edge neuroscience solutions within Ontario. Collaborating closely with our clinical and product specialists and reporting to our Senior Director of Business Development, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission to bring transformative technologies to the public healthcare system.

 

Key Responsibilities

– Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals in neurology, neurosurgery, neuro radiology, rehabilitation, and neuro critical care.
– Promotion & Sales: Actively promote our neuroscience portfolio, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to achieve sales objectives.
– Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute strategic plans to engage physicians, clinicians, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
– Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Director of Business Development and clinical/product specialists to align with goals and strategies.
– Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategies.
– Training & Support: Organize and deliver training sessions for healthcare teams to ensure optimal use of our products and technologies.
– Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities, sales progress, and customer feedback using CRM tools.

 

Qualifications

– Proven sales experience in healthcare, medical device, or neuroscience-related industry.
– Strong understanding of the healthcare system in Ontario.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
– Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to travel extensively across Ontario as required.
– Bilingual will be an asset.
